Effective Date: September 17, 2026
Busivity provides property-management, leasing, tenant-care, maintenance coordination, project-management, renovation, construction coordination, and related consulting and operational services.
1. Fees and Refunds
Service fees are established through applicable agreements, proposals, invoices, or payment arrangements. Because services involve ongoing management, scheduled labor, professional time, coordination, or customized work, services already performed are generally non-refundable.
2. Property Management
Property-management or recurring service fees may be governed by the applicable agreement. If an agreement is terminated, fees earned through the effective termination date and other amounts owed may remain payable.
3. Maintenance and Contractor Costs
Third-party contractor, vendor, material, emergency-service, repair, maintenance, or approved project costs may be non-refundable once incurred or authorized.
4. Refund Requests
Submit requests promptly through busivity.com with your name, property or project information, invoice or transaction number, payment date, amount, and reason.
5. Billing Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Busivity before initiating a dispute or chargeback. We will review legitimate billing discrepancies.
6. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated, Busivity may provide agreements, invoices, communications, service records, and proof of authorized work to the payment processor.
7. Physical Products
Busivity primarily provides services rather than retail products, so physical-product return procedures generally do not apply.
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
1. General Cancellation
Cancellation terms may vary according to the service agreement, property-management agreement, project agreement, proposal, or booking terms.
2. Property Management
Property-management services may be subject to a written agreement establishing notice and an effective termination date.
3. Consultations
Consultations should be canceled or rescheduled as early as possible. Missed appointments without appropriate notice may result in the applicable fee being retained.
4. Maintenance and Service Appointments
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling scheduled maintenance, inspection, repair, or service appointments. Contractor or vendor costs already incurred may remain payable.
5. Projects and Renovations
Project-management, renovation, rehabilitation, construction coordination, and similar engagements may be subject to specific cancellation provisions. Work performed and expenses incurred may remain payable.
6. Cancellation by Busivity
Busivity may cancel or suspend services due to nonpayment, safety concerns, legal requirements, inability to perform, property access issues, or other legitimate business reasons.
7. Refunds
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund. Any refund is determined under the applicable agreement and Refund & Dispute Policy.
8. How to Cancel
Submit cancellation requests through the contact information available on busivity.com.
